This is a physical and mental balance itinerary that helps you connect with yourself easily and conveniently, whether it is through yoga stretching exercises or Vipassana-style sound healing meditation or connecting with your body and senses through the rhythm of Nadis Flow. What we experienced in the first hour was the connection and healing of the self-awareness and the physical body. In the second hour, we entered a full-body lymphatic drainage massage, which is the purification, dredging and healing of blood and lymph fluid. Finally, we will experience the rebalancing of the intestinal probiotic flora through the intake of organic vegetables and active herbs and spices, which is a kind of balance and healing of the digestive tract.

Asana Yoga
Our yoga program will focus on three key steps: breathing, body alignment, and meditation, using the body's own strength to balance the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. Emphasis will be placed on entering the realm of Vipassana meditation through breathwork and proper stretching.

Sound Healing Meditation
Allow yourself to be immersed in the healing sounds and vibrations of the Tibetan singing bowl. This sound healing bowl creates waves of vibration designed to align your energy chakra points and creates a deep state of relaxation and mindfulness.

Mat Pilates Class or Water Pilates
Pilates teaches balance and control of the body, and that capacity spills over into other areas of one's life - improvements in bone density and joint health - and many experience positive body awareness for the first time. Flowing-water based workout focuses on muscular toning and definition through core- stability work. Specific water movements are also supportive for those with back problems, weak joints, and anxiety.

Purification Yoga
Begin your journey with a blessing ceremony led by yoga healer Dewa, featuring a prayer for the universe's blessings and a coconut symbolizing the universal mother. This ritual holds your wishes and blessings, followed by a sun salutation yoga practice to realign your breath and body. Dewa will then cut open the coconut, purify your aura with sacred mantras, and perform a water sprinkling ritual, concluding with you drinking the blessed coconut water.

Nadis Flow
This is a beautiful mind-body-spirit coordination class based on ancient Ayurvedic body control techniques. Through gentle focus and conscious movements, we can begin to awaken and energize our "nadi", the energetic channels that run throughout the body, similar to the meridians in traditional Chinese medicine.
